The Matthies Family have taken care of fixing multiple vehicles for my family; from simple dents to major accidents. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, nice and commited to superior auto body work. The only way you might notice the repair work, is because the repairs and paint job to your vehicle will be better than it was originally from the factory. I would recommend this shop to ANYONE, even if your insurance company does not have a contract with them (this actually is to your insurances discredit because V.A.B. will not cut corners to cut costs, they do it right)! Also, they completely stand behind their exceptional work and repairs!
The Vicksburg Auto Body team has been taking care of me and my, now grown, teenagers for over 35 years. Andy, and his father before him, have ALWAYS done outstanding work. We have received prompt quality service and been treated fairly and courteously with no hassle. In some cases they have extended services beyond what is expected. We do not even consider other shops.
Andy and his team provide excellent service at a fair price. His team is kind and considerate, you will be treated as a person not as a number. Highly recommended.
